According to the statistics of repairs that have been carried out over the past 2 years, almost all splicing machines and cleavers were repaired in no more than 3 working days. If the repair of a splicing machine purchased from us is very complicated and takes more than 3 working days, we provide a similar machine free of charge for the period of warranty repair. The list of services provided includes: fault diagnosis, scheduled periodic maintenance, adjustment, repair, software update, etc.

We provide customers with comprehensive information and technical support for Fujikura products, including practical advice on fiber optic splicing and installation.
