Tektronix DPO70000C (DX) и MSO70000C (DX) are the fastest, most accurate, and most feature-packed oscilloscopes currently available. Their unique characteristics, combined with exceptional signal acquisition and analysis capabilities, make it possible to solve even the most complex measurement tasks.

All 70000 Series oscilloscopes contain 4 analog channels. The MSO models also contain 16 digital channels. The bandwidth of junior models starts at 4 GHz and reaches 33 GHz for older models. Oscilloscopes are equipped with a large, high-quality screen with a diagonal of 30.7 cm, as well as a powerful computing system based on a quad-core Intel i7 processor with a frequency of 3.4 GHz.

The excellent measurement capabilities of the DPO70000 and MSO70000 Series oscilloscopes allow them to be used at all stages of a project, from prototype testing to finished product testing. With industry-leading noise floor and 50 GS/s sampling rate on all four channels, You can check the integrity of the most complex signals and analyze their time parameters without taking into account the distortions caused by the noise and jitter of the device itself. And for applications that require even less noise and jitter from the oscilloscope, you can use 100 GS/s sampling rates on two channels.

With excellent signal-to-noise ratio and low noise floor, the DPO70000 and MSO70000 Series oscilloscopes allow very precise measurements. When debugging complex devices, the low noise level of the oscilloscope and the high quality of its measuring path allow you to find the smallest anomalies that can affect the operation of the entire system. And when analyzing RF signals, these characteristics greatly increase the useful dynamic range, expanding the scope of the DPO70000 and MSO70000. In this example, four analog channels of a Tektronix MSO72004C oscilloscope (top instrument) are used to accurately measure four high-speed digital signals. The screen on the lower instrument (model MSO73304DX) shows the decoding and analysis mode for digital buses, which can be sampled at up to 12.5 GS/s on each of the 16 digital channels.

Quickly locate the signal of interest with visual triggering

It can take several hours to collect and carefully analyze many captures to manually find the desired section of a complex serial signal. With the Visual Trigger System of the 70000 Series Oscilloscopes, you can specify the condition or waveform to be detected and the oscilloscope will do all the work. This greatly speeds up the debugging process.

High Speed Serial Bus Decoding

With the appropriate options installed, Tektronix MSO/DPO70000 Series oscilloscopes can analyze high-speed serial bus protocols: PCI Express gen 1/2/3, MIPI D-PHY (CSI, DSI), and 8b/10b. As a result bit sequences can be converted into familiar commands and data packets for quick and easy analysis.

Spectral and vector analysis of RF signals

The Tektronix DPO70000C and MSO70000C oscilloscopes have very high bandwidth, so they successfully used for direct recording and analysis of RF signals. To do this, the RF signal is digitized by an oscilloscope, and specialized SignalVu software analyzes it simultaneously in the frequency, time, phase, and modulation domains.

SignalVu measurements are fully time-correlated with the oscilloscope's capture and trigger system. Time-domain events, such as commands to the RF path, can be used as triggers while the RF signal itself is displayed as a spectrum or waterfall waveform.

It can test broadband systems such as radar, high data rate satellite links, and frequency hopping radio signals, as well as search and locate various signals in the spectrum. SignalVu software combines the functionality of a spectrum analyzer, a vector signal analyzer, and the powerful triggering capabilities of the MSO/DPO70000 oscilloscopes.
