The built-in digitizer is built on the basis of a 16-bit ADC with a variable sampling rate from 1 ksa/s to 1 Msa/s. The size of the multimeter's standard memory buffer can hold up to 7,000,000 digitization results. To ensure excellent accuracy and dynamic measurement range, the digitizer uses the same voltage and current sub-ranges as the main multimeter unit.
