The DMM7510 multimeter is a significant step forward in the development of the well-established line of laboratory multimeters from the American company Keithley (Keithley or Kisli). Three main features of the multimeter Keithley DMM7510 distinguish it from similar devices: high measurement accuracy (up to 0.0014%), built-in digitizer of voltage and current signals (up to 18 bits, up to 1 Msa/s), high-resolution color touch screen. In addition, the Keithley DMM7510 multimeter supports all modern interfaces to include it in an automated system: IEEE-488.2 (GPIB), Ethernet/LXI, USB, TSP-Link.

The Keithley DMM7510 multimeter contains a built-in high-resolution ADC digitizer

With the Keithley DMM7510 multimeter, it is very easy to digitize and process voltage and current signals (both DC and AC). The built-in digitizer is built on the basis of an ADC, which provides a digitization rate from 10 ksa/s to 1 Msa/s and a digitization bit from 12 bits to 18 bits (depending on the speed). To ensure excellent accuracy and dynamic measurement range, the built-in digitizer uses the same voltage and current sub-ranges as the main multimeter unit. To reduce the influence of the device on the object of measurement, the built-in digitizer uses the same input resistances as the main block of the multimeter: 10 GΩ or 10 MΩ (depending on the range).
