Fujikura CT-05A is the company's new universal cleaver Fujikura used with all types of welding machines. Inexpensive and reliable cleaver. Performs fiber cleavage in one action, while the remainder of the cleaved fiber must be removed manually. Smooth running knife. When it is not possible to place the cleaver on a flat surface, it is possible to cleave the fiber even "on weight". The service life of the cleaver exceeds 10 years. Authorized service is located in Kyiv. For special applications, models CT-05B and CT-05 are available.

Single fiber cleavage:
- single fiber, chip length from 5 to 20 mm (model CT-05A)
- single fiber, cleave length 16 mm (model CT-05B)

Knife life: 48,000 chips. Cleave angle error: 1 degree.
Mechanism of automatic movement of a knife. Great for FTTx and SCS.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The Fujikura CT-05A semi-automatic optical fiber cleaver (as well as the CT-05B and CT-05 modifications) cleaves the fiber using a special high-strength steel blade CB-05. Each blade position is rated for 1000 cleaves. The blade can be rotated in a circle and fixed in 16 different positions. In addition, as the blade wears, you can adjust its height in three different positions. Thus, the total resource of the blade is: 1000 * 16 * 3 = 48,000 chips. After the resource of the blade CB-05 is exhausted, it can be replaced with a new one.

After the cleavage is completed, the fiber cut is removed into the container using the rotating handle.
