Fujikura CT-06A is the company's new universal cleaver Fujikura used with all types of welding machines. This cleaver has replaced the popular cleaver Fujikura CT-05A and differs from it in a more accurate chip (0.5 degrees for the CT-06A compared to 1 degree for the CT-05A). Otherwise, the CT-06A and CT-05A cleavers are identical.

Fujikura CT-06A is an inexpensive and reliable cleaver. Performs fiber cleavage in one action, while the remainder of the cleaved fiber must be removed manually. Smooth running knife. When it is not possible to place the cleaver on a flat surface, it is possible to cleave the fiber even "on weight". The service life of the cleaver exceeds 10 years. Authorized service is located in Kyiv. For special applications, models CT-06B and CT-06 are available.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The Fujikura CT06A semi-automatic optical fiber cleaver (as well as the CT-06B and CT-06 modifications) cleaves the fiber using a special high-strength steel blade CB-05. Each blade position is rated for 1000 cleaves. The blade can be rotated in a circle and fixed in 16 different positions. In addition, as the blade wears, you can adjust its height in three different positions. Thus, the total resource of the blade is: 1000 * 16 * 3 = 48,000 chips. After the resource of the blade CB-05 is exhausted, it can be replaced with a new one.

After the cleavage is completed, the fiber cut is removed into the container using the rotating handle.

Fujikura CT-06A cleaver included "Kit-A" Standard welding machines: Fujikura 80S, Fujikura 62S, Fujikura 22S and Fujikura 12S.
