Digital oscilloscopes from 10 MHz to 100 MHz
This section presents our proposed digital oscilloscopes with a bandwidth of 100 MHz or less. To simplify the choice, a brief description of the features of each series in which there are such models is given, this will help you understand how some series differ from others, and which oscilloscope model is better to buy. All oscilloscopes are divided into groups: 100 MHz, 70, 60 and 50 MHz, 30 and 25 MHz, 20 MHz and 10 MHz.
At the bottom of this page is comparison table, in which all oscilloscope models are sorted in increasing bandwidth from 10 MHz to 100 MHz, indicating their main characteristics: the number of channels, sampling rate, memory size, and others.
If you are choosing your first oscilloscope and are not very familiar with their types and characteristics, we recommend reading this article: Choosing a digital oscilloscope - a detailed guide.

Digital oscilloscopes 100 MHz
The most functional series in which there are models with a bandwidth of 100 MHz is Tektronix MDO3. This series of digital oscilloscopes are equipped with a large 1920 x 1080 dot touch screen and an innovative user interface. A feature of the MDO3 series is the presence of a full-fledged spectrum analyzer with a separate RF input. In addition, at any time the bandwidth of these oscilloscopes can be extended up to 500 MHz with a simple software key activation.

Of the 100 MHz USB oscilloscopes we offer, the most functional series is PicoScope 5000D companies Pico Technology (Great Britain). The hardware of these oscilloscopes is comparable to the best and most expensive series of desktop laboratory oscilloscopes, and the price is much lower. There are many models in the PicoScope 5000D series, four of which have a 100 MHz bandwidth. For these oscilloscopes, the ADC provides hardware resolution up to 16 bits. It is also worth paying attention to the very large amount of built-in memory and the high speed of capturing and processing waveforms (up to 130,000 pieces / s).

Digital oscilloscopes 70 MHz, 60 MHz and 50 MHz
Many series containing 100 MHz oscilloscopes also have cheaper models with reduced bandwidth of 70 MHz, 60 MHz, or 50 MHz. At the same time, the functionality is similar to the 100 MHz models, and the price is significantly lower.
Of the digital oscilloscopes we offer, models with a bandwidth of 70 MHz, 60 MHz and 50 MHz are in the following series: Tektronix TBS1000B, Tektronix TBS2000B, PicoScope 5000D, PicoScope 3000D, PicoScope 2000A and PicoScope 2000B. A brief description of the differences between these series, see above on this page. To get acquainted with all the possibilities of oscilloscopes, go to the individual pages of each series.
Digital oscilloscopes 30 MHz and 25 MHz
Oscilloscopes with a bandwidth of 30 MHz and 25 MHz are most often bought by educational institutions and radio amateurs. Of the digital oscilloscopes we offer, models with a bandwidth of 30 MHz and 25 MHz are in the following series: Tektronix TBS1000B, PicoScope 2000A and PicoScope 2000B. A brief description of the differences between these series, see above on this page.
Digital oscilloscopes 20 MHz
We offer two series of 20 MHz bandwidth oscilloscopes: PicoScope 4444 and PicoScope 4000A Pico Technology (Great Britain). There are four models of USB oscilloscopes in these series with very interesting characteristics.
In the first series, only one oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 20 MHz is the PicoScope 4444. It contains four channels with fully differential inputs. This provides unique opportunities for signal analysis of power supplies and various devices containing elements with different ground levels. Also note that this oscilloscope has a 12- to 14-bit ADC, 256M-point internal memory, and a set of inexpensive accessories that includes a differential galvanically isolated probe up to 1,000 Volts and current clamps and loops from 30 to 3,000 Amperes.
The second series consists of three models with a bandwidth of 20 MHz - this is the PicoScope 4824A (8 analog channels), PicoScope 4424A (4 analog channels), and PicoScope 4224A (2 analog channels). The ADC of these oscilloscopes has a hardware capacity of 12 bits (up to 16 bits in the averaging mode), and the built-in memory can accommodate 256 million points. Also standard on each model is a standard and arbitrary signal generator (14-bit AWG).

Digital oscilloscopes 10 MHz
The 10 MHz oscilloscope is the most attractive and affordable choice for beginner hams. We offer one model of such an oscilloscope - this is a miniature USB oscilloscope PicoScope 2204A. It belongs to the series PicoScope 2000A, a brief description of which can be found above on this page. Despite its small size and low bandwidth, the 2204A can process up to 2,000 waveforms per second and includes a standard waveform generator as standard.

Notes:
1 Number of channels - the number of analog channels is indicated. If the oscilloscope is also equipped with digital channels as standard, then their number is indicated after the "+" sign. If digital channels are available as an option, this is marked as (opt.).
2 Record length - the standard recording depth per channel is indicated, in many series the memory size can be increased using additional options.
3 Oscillograms per second - indicates the speed of continuous capture and analysis of waveforms, which can actually be provided by a specific model. Several tens of waveforms per second are enough to view stationary signals. To detect infrequent interference or fast signal changes, choose a model capable of delivering at least 5,000 waveforms per second. Read the article for details: description of DPO technology.
4 Spectrum analyzer - four types of spectrum analyzers are used in oscilloscopes: software-based FFT (FFT), software-hardware based on SpectrumView, software-based SignalVu and a full-fledged hardware radio spectrum analyzer. The software analyzer based on the FFT (FFT) has two main drawbacks: it works only with large amplitude signals (10 mV or more) and when using it, as a rule, it is not possible to simultaneously see the signal itself and its spectrum. The SpectrumView-based firmware analyzer has a separate digital spectrum processor in each oscilloscope channel and provides ease of use and capabilities far beyond the FFT. The SignalVu-based software analyzer has very broad RF analysis capabilities, including vector demodulation, but like the FFT and SpectrumView only works with large amplitude signals. A fully hardware analyzer allows you to fully measure the spectral characteristics of even weak radio signals with an amplitude of less than 1 μV (less than -107 dBm).
