SHORT DESCRIPTION

Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope Series Tektronix TDS3000C have excellent technical characteristics at an affordable price. For accurate display of signals, a range of bandwidths from 100 to 500 MHz is provided with sampling rates up to 5 GS/s.

In order to solve a problem, you first need to understand it. The TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes combine a continuous waveform acquisition rate of 3,600 wfms/s with real-time waveform viewing with brightness gradation (digital phosphor effect). Because of this, the TDS3000C series oscilloscopes can easily understand the problem and solve it. You can download a full description of all the characteristics below on this page in the section Documentation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The TDS3000C Series digital storage oscilloscope replaces the proven TDS3000B series and offers serious functionality at an affordable price.

The TDS3000 series includes 6 models with different bandwidth and number of channels: TDS3012, TDS3014, TDS3032, TDS3034, TDS3052, TDS3054. High-speed continuous waveform capture saves time by quickly identifying the nature of problems and then isolating them with an advanced selection of trigger types.

The ability to view the signal in real time with gradation of brightness allows you to highlight the features associated with the history of signal activity, thereby simplifying the understanding of the characteristics of the captured signals. Unlike other comparable oscilloscopes, this history remains even after the waveform is stopped.

The TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes' unique real-time digital signal sampling technology with sin(x)/x interpolation allows you to accurately characterize various signal types on all channels simultaneously. Unlike other comparable oscilloscopes, the TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes do not change the sample rate when additional channels are enabled. This sampling technology captures high-frequency signals, such as spikes and edge anomalies, that other oscilloscopes in their class cannot capture, while sin(x)/x interpolation ensures that each waveform is accurately reconstructed.

On the Tektronix TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes, WaveAlert waveform anomaly detection alerts you to all waveforms that deviate from the "normal" view, such as a channel 2 glitch

Easily transfer, document and analyze data on a computer

With limited deadlines for work, it is necessary that the operation of the oscilloscope be simple so as not to spend a lot of time on training and retraining on how to work with it. TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes can help reduce training time. Simple navigation and dedicated front-panel controls let you quickly get to where you need to be, so you can spend less time learning and more time doing what you need to do.

OpenChoice PC Link Software makes it easy to transfer screen images and waveform data to a standalone PC application or directly to Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. In addition to OpenChoice, National Instruments LabVIEW SignalExpress Tektronix Edition software provides additional features including advanced analysis tools, data logging, oscilloscope remote control, and real-time waveform analysis.

If you prefer not to use a computer for signal analysis, you can use the standard features of the TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes, such as 25 automatic measurements, waveform addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication math functions, and the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) function. Unlike other comparable oscilloscopes, the TDS3000C Series math and measurement features allow you to use the full length of memory for signal analysis or isolate a specific event in the acquired waveforms.

Tektronix TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes make it easy to transfer, document and analyze data on a computer Battery (Option TDS3BATC) provides up to three hours of battery life for TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes

The TDS3000C Series digital phosphor oscilloscopes feature a compact design with a depth of just 149mm, freeing up valuable desktop space. And when you need to move your oscilloscope to another lab, the 3.2kg portable design makes it easy to transport. If the job requires more mobility, an optional battery (option TDS3BATC) will provide up to three hours of battery life without power connection.
