Product description

The Keithley 2231A-30-3 is a quality and affordable three-channel laboratory power supply with galvanically isolated outputs. Two channels provide output voltage up to 30 Volts and current up to 3 Amps, and the third channel: voltage up to 5 Volts and current up to 3 Amps. The total power on all three channels reaches 195 Watts. The voltage resolution is 10 mV, and the current resolution is 1 mA. This model is a transformer type with a linear stabilization method, which provides a clean output voltage with a minimum level of ripple.

Since all three channels are electrically isolated from each other, they can be connected in series to increase the output voltage or to provide a bipolar power supply. This laboratory power supply does not contain interfaces for connecting to a computer, making it the most inexpensive among Keithley's three-channel models. Model 2231A-30-3 is part of the Keithley 2230 series.
