Benefits of the Agilent E4402B-STD, E4404B-STD, E4405B-STD, and E4407B-STD Spectrum Analyzers

The E4402B-STD, E4404B-STD, E4405B-STD, and E4407B-STD analyzers provide over 28 updates per second with the display and over 30 updates per second with the GPIB interface. In addition, the sweep time is only about 4ms, which greatly reduces testing time and improves performance.

 

 

Used in the E4402B-STD, E4404B-STD, E4405B-STD, and E4407B-STD Spectrum Analyzers, the phase-constant synthesizer increases the stability and repeatability of frequency measurements, while automatic background equalization ensures long periods between calibrations. In addition, the device reaches the calculated characteristics within 5 minutes after switching on, providing an accuracy of measuring the absolute level of the signal amplitude of ±0.4 dB.

An optional battery eliminates the limitations of power cords, while an optional 12V power adapter provides direct connection to industrial batteries.

 

 

Rugged housing and robust construction

The closable front panel of the Agilent ESA-E Series Spectrum Analyzers makes the E4402B-STD, E4404B-STD, E4405B-STD, and E4407B-STD ideal instruments for field use, while protected hoods and side-mounted cooling fans allow it to operate in a wide range of weather conditions. In addition, these spectrum analyzers are equipped with a strong front and rear frame structure that protects instrument components during transport.

Built into the E4402B, E4404B, E4405B, and E4407B analyzers is an on-line help system that provides information on key instrument features and remote programming commands, eliminating the need for a printed user manual. Built-in measurement limits and "Pass/Fail" messages greatly simplify the process. An integrated hard disk is used to save measurement results and transfer data to a PC.
