SHORT DESCRIPTION

Series MS4640B VectorStar belongs to the most functional and accurate line of top-end vector network analyzers (VNA, VNA) of the Japanese company Anritsu. The series includes four main instruments: MS4642B (from 10 MHz to 20 GHz), MS4644B (from 10 MHz to 40 GHz), MS4645B (from 10 MHz to 50 GHz), MS4647B (from 10 MHz to 70 GHz). Installing the MS4640B-070 option extends the lower frequency range of each instrument to 70 kHz. In addition, the series includes two extended frequency range vector analyzers: ME7838E (70 kHz - 110 GHz) and ME7838D (70 kHz - 145 GHz). Now you can measure the full range of 70 kHz to 70 GHz without switching between vector analyzer connectors. To expand testing capabilities for a wide variety of active devices, one of the MS464xB-06x (Active Measurements Suite) options can be installed on the VectorStar network analyzer, which adds 2 or 4 built-in attenuator. In addition, this option makes it possible to measure the parameters of active devices in forward and reverse directions, adds a constant voltage source to the center conductor (to power the active device under test), adds an extended range power control function. Also this option contains software for gain non-linearity analysis (gain compression) in the frequency range, power range and for a given frequency grid (up to 401 frequencies).
