Ethernet testing up to 10G
When installed in the EXFO FTB-1 platform EXFO FTB-860 NetBlazer Ethernet Tester Module the platform evolves into a powerful yet easy-to-use 10Mbps to 10Gbps Ethernet analyzer supporting the full range of EtherSAM capabilities (ITU-T Y.156sam standard).
EXpert VoIP program, installed on the FTB-1 platform, generates a voice-over-IP call directly from the platform, which allows you to check the performance during service activation and troubleshooting.
EXpertIP Program, installed on the FTB-1 platform, integrates six protocols widely used in data network testing into one application. This ensures that technicians are prepared for a wide range of tasks.

FTTH testing
When installed in the EXFO FTB-1 platform module of optical reflectometer EXFO FTB-730 the platform becomes a powerful and compact test tool for PON FTTx/MDU networks. The module has a dynamic range of up to 39 dB and can support up to 3 wavelengths. The FTB-730 PON FTTx/MDU OTDR module allows installers to conveniently measure multi-family residential networks and easily test sections of PON FTTx networks with splitters up to 128x. In addition, the FTB-1 platform can be equipped with a built-in power meter and a visual flaw detector.

Wireless 3G modem EXFO GP-2112 and GPS receiver EXFO GP-2113 for EXFO FTB-1

Wireless 3G modem EXFO GP-2112 connects to the USB connector of the EXFO FTB-1 platform. To work, you need to install a local 3G operator card in the modem. Since the FTB-1 platform is based on an Intel processor and is controlled by the Windows operating system, you can use it as a portable computer with the ability to connect to the Internet (via a 3G modem) even outside cities. Thus, you will be able to quickly transfer measurement results to the central office, remotely receive any files on the FTB-1 platform, and also work with the Internet.

GPS receiver EXFO GP-2113 also connects to the USB connector of the EXFO FTB-1 platform. With a connected GPS receiver, you can add information about the place and time when these results were obtained to your measurements. This is an additional opportunity to more accurately document your network.
